Rob spent the morning taking in the view of this beautiful White Rock home – built by the Kliewer Brothers. (He promises he didn’t swipe anything)

We headed out with the concept of shooting a piece of glass in downtown Vancouver. Glass in hand, we headed to our selected location and ended up coming across a dirtier, more appropriate piece of glass sitting in the alley – totally random.
We think it turned out quite nicely.

2 things we are really quite into lately: Mutemath & Stop motion. So why not combine, right?
We all zipped down to Seattle for the mutemath experience & here is the evidence.
Thanks Dan & Rob for the diligence of documentation.
Laurell – singer/songwriter based in Vancouver.
Came to us for a new website to support her upcoming release and we had some fun designing & developing the ‘magazine’ vibe she was going for.

Local band The Racoons approached us to concept a photoshoot for their new album “Islomania”. Rob opted to do a “period piece” shoot – note the retro duds, the old beat up Ford 150 and one dingy hotel room. He also broke out the Nikon FA and shot a few rolls of film to get the right look.
The shoot was a blast, and the images supported their album artwork well.
Here’s their myspace.

October Hill is the latest release from recording artist Michael Larson.
He approached us to develop CD artwork / packaging that reflected the musical direction of the record.
Gordie worked directly with Michael on this project and we are all pleased that he was happy with results.
When we heard about the great things happening down at Street Cafe Victoria, we wanted to help. Turned out they were already holding a fundraiser, but needed more art/photographs to sell. Rob was obliged & his photographs helped them raise enough money to keep the project running for another year.
For those who don’t know, here’s what Street Cafe is about:
“Street Cafe is a restaurant-style dinner for the needy and homeless. Each week, cooks prepare two entrees, one musicians plays for our guests, and our team acts as waiters to serve a meal and specialty coffee drinks, and then many of our guests enjoy a movie after dinner.”
It was inspiring to work with these people – we hope to see more of them in the future.
